Green Rep Exchange (“GREx”) values your privacy and this Privacy Policy (“Policy”) explains our privacy practices on the greenrepexchange.com website (the “Site”) and governs your access to and use of the Site and any other applications, content, products, programs and services (collectively, the “Services”), including, without limitation, the purchase of a Membership subscription (“Memberships”) to utilize the Services, made available by Green Rep Exchange, or its representatives, affiliates, officers, and directors (collectively, “GREx” or “we”) through the Site. Please read this section of our Site to learn more about GREx philosophy and privacy policy. We understand that the protection of privacy is a major concern to many of our customers, we at GREx have worked hard to gain your trust by representing only the highest quality of products and Services, we want to do everything reasonably possible to keep your trust. To build on our relationship, GREx wants you to understand a little bit about how our Site interacts with visitors and how we will use any information gathered when you visit our Site.
By visiting the GREx Site, you are accepting the terms of this Privacy Policy, the Terms and Conditions (“Terms”), and all other terms and policies (collectively, the “Terms of Use”) posted on the GREx Site. Any external links to other websites are clearly identifiable as such, and we are not responsible for the content or the privacy policies or terms of these other websites.
TYPES OF INFORMATION GATHERED
In certain areas on our Site, we ask you to provide information that will enable us to enhance your site visit, to assist you with technical support issues, or to follow up with you after your visit. It is completely optional for you to participate.
GREx may gather the following types of information: (1) information given voluntarily while using a feature of this Site, for example, during a registration process; (2) information gathered as a result of voluntary participation in a survey or poll, or when communicating with our webmaster or customer service Members; and (3) information gathered automatically when visitors visit our Site.
In each of the instances above, we may ask for but not limited to your name, e-mail address, phone number, address, name of business, type of business, and customer number, as well as other similar “personal” information that is needed to register or subscribe you to our Services or offers (referred to herein as “Personal Information”). If we ever ask you for significantly different information, we will inform you.
Depending on which Services you choose to use, GREx may require information, such as a company name, billing and payment information (including billing address, telephone number, credit card information), a telephone number, and/or a physical postal address. Credit card information on an account may be stored and used for both billing and payment purposes.
Certain Services on GREx may require you to complete an application; any information you submit through the application processes will not be displayed publicly and will only be used internally by GREx, unless otherwise specified.
USE OF INFORMATION
GREx may use information gathered through its Site for the following general purposes: (1) to customize content delivered to you; (2) to contact and provide service to you as well as improve the overall delivery of GREx Services; and (3) to conduct research for other purposes related to GREx core business. In no case will GREx use personally identifying information for its own use or the use of any other party, except to provide the Services you request or as required by law. GREx only reviews usage of our online content in the aggregate (meaning information summarized into large groups of users with no personally identifying information) to determine the most popular Site features and to help us develop new content and service ideas.
UPDATING PERSONAL INFORMATION
GREx understands that you may want to change or access your Personal Information. You may do so by accessing your account. To protect your privacy and security, we will verify your identity before granting access or making changes to your personal identifying information.

As part of the buying and selling process, GREx will facilitate the sharing of information between the two members involved in the transaction. As part of the buying or selling process, you may obtain another GREx member’s email address, shipping address, payment information, and/or other information. As described in GREx Terms of Use, you have a limited permit to use this information only for GREx – related communications or for GREx – facilitated transactions. GREx has not granted you a permit to use the information for unsolicited commercial messages. Without express consent from that person, you must not add any GREx member to your email or physical mailing list.
GREx is affiliated with a variety of businesses and works closely with them. These businesses may offer promotions or sell products or Services to you through GREx’s Services. GREx may also provide Services or sell products jointly with affiliated businesses. Due to the nature of our business model, when an affiliated business is associated with your transaction, we may share information that is related to such transaction with that affiliated business. GREx may share aggregated demographic information with business affiliates.
GREx may release your Personal Information to a third-party in order to protect, establish, or exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims; comply with a subpoena, court order, legal process, or other legal requirement; or when we believe in good faith that such disclosure is necessary to comply with the law, prevent imminent physical harm or financial loss, or investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, threats to our property, or violations of GREx’s Terms of Use. We may disclose personally identifiable information to parties in compliance with our Copyright and Intellectual Property Policy, as we in our sole discretion believe necessary or appropriate in connection with an investigation of fraud, intellectual property infringement, piracy, or other unlawful activity. In such events, GREx may disclose a name, address, country, phone number, email address and company name.
REGISTRATION
GREx wants to supply you with information that benefits you and the more relevant information we have about you the better we are able to do this.
GREx currently has an electronic registration process and may launch similar products in the future. If you choose to sign up using our registration process, you will be asked for certain information so that we can customize your profile to suit your needs. Upon registering via the electronic registration process, you will be asked for but not limited to your name, email address, phone number, postal address, name of business, billing and payment information (including credit card information) and other similar information specified in the enrollment process. You may be asked to tell us a little about your business, categories, locations, customers venues, questions of this nature. The more of this information you choose to share with us, the better we can form a marketing plan for your products and Services. If we ever ask you for significantly different information, we will inform you.
The Personal Information you provide will be kept confidential and used by GREx, its agents and contractors to support your customer relationship with us. Among other things, we want to alert you to our Services, product information, changes, special offers, and product promotions. Agents or contractors of GREx who have access to your Personal Information are required to keep the information confidential and not use it for any other purpose than to carry out the Services they are performing on your behalf via GREx.
If you choose not to share information with us the profile will simply be more generic. For example, if you are primarily interested in food service venues, we can’t deliver those customers for you unless you share that information with us. Similarly, another example, if you are a vegan company and request products and Services related to vegans, without disclosing this fact, we can’t guarantee that all Services we send you will be vegan.
CHOICE & CONTROL
GREx will offer individuals the opportunity to choose whether their Personal Information is (1) to be disclosed to a third party or (2) to be used for a purpose other than the purpose for which it was originally collected or subsequently authorized by the individual.
In having control over your own information, GREx gives you the choice of providing, editing or removing certain information, as well as the choice over how we contact you.
You may change or correct your GREx account information on the Site. You may also remove certain optional information on the Site that you no longer wish to be publicly visible, such as your full name.
From time to time GREx may contact you about our Services or your activity. Some of these messages are required, service-related messages for members. Other messages are not required, and you can control which optional messages you choose to receive and not receive by changing your account settings.
If you have optionally connected your account to an external, third-party application, such as Facebook, or an app, you can remove permission for the app by changing your account settings.

This Site contains several links to other websites not controlled by GREx. We have attempted to choose our linked partners with great care; however, GREx is not responsible for the privacy practices of any linked site. You should read the privacy policy of each linked site to understand the related policy. This Policy applies solely to information collected through GREx Site.

SURVEYS AND POLLS
From time to time, GREx Site users may be asked to participate in voluntary surveys and polls. As a part of this process you may be asked to supply company information such as demographic information and sales information. These surveys will be strictly voluntary, and you can choose to disclose this information or not disclose.
